    Within minutes, our trained customer service staff will schedule a time for a loss coordinator to visit your home, assess the damage, and remove affected items.

    Our loss coordinators can help you.

    Clothing that you will need back immediately will be separated and delivered back within 24-48 hours from the time of original pick up. Please inquire about our Salvation Army Program.

    Articles are promptly itemized and documented.

    This allows us to invoice quickly, each article has a picture taken and any damage is recorded.

    We do not charge for unrestorable items.

    If any of your items are unrestorable, in that they cannot be returned to a pre-loss condition, we will deliver them in a sealed box with an attached list of enclosed items. Packing the items ensures that unrestorable items do not contaminate restored items.

    If you are living somewhere other than your permanent residence, The Dry Cleaner by Val will deliver your items to any temporary residence.
